Karuna Ahuja, the co-founder of Kareerfy, brings an exceptional blend of human resource expertise and strategic communication skills to the venture. Her career spans over two decades across global corporations such as Eaton, Bose Corporation, and most recently, AMH Services where she led HR and Communications. Karuna's deep insights into organizational dynamics and her hands-on experience with strategic HR initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of Kareerfy. Her unique approach to combining AI with human-centric career strategies aims to empower professionals to achieve their career aspirations effectively. Through Kareerfy, Karuna envisions a platform where AI helps tailor career paths that are not only successful but also fulfilling.
Twinkle Gogia
Twinkle Gogia has been the Managing Director at Breakthrough Career Management Private Limited since May 2008, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in recruitment and headhunting across diverse sectors such as Commodities, Coal, Mining, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT, Blockchain, Web 3.0, Plantation, Agriculture, and Consulting, focusing on regions including Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the USA, and Europe. Parallelly, since January 2010, she has excelled as a resume writer and job search coach in India, specializing in creating keyword-optimized resumes that effectively navigate through applicant tracking systems and coaching professionals for successful job searches. Her career also includes a recent position as a co-founder of a stealth mode startup in Delhi since April 2024 and a substantial role as a Consultant and National Liaison Officer at Net Expat from November 2012 to August 2022, where she facilitated intercultural training programs and expanded business networks. Her previous experiences include impactful HR roles at Olam International and Bose Corporation India, focusing on recruitment and employee management across various global regions.
